  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use (as specified on the product page). Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and may be subject to change without notice.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, technical issues, or fraud concerns, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

a) Print-on-Demand Products

  • Processing times vary by product and fulfillment location. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

b) Digital Products

  • Download links will be available immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for lost or deleted download links. Please ensure you save your digital files securely.

5. Returns & Refunds

a) Print-on-Demand Products

  • Due to the custom nature of POD items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is defective or damaged, or is not the product that was ordered.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

b) Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience any technical issues with a digital file, please contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site, including product designs, text, images, and branding, is the property of Garage40 and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
